Job Description : The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) program, sponsored by the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment, offers young professionals paid work experience abroad in technical or business roles. Eligibility includes:

  • European Union citizens (plus Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Monaco), graduates up to age 28
  • Fulfilled military obligations, if any
  • Contract duration of 6 to 24 months

Job Summary : NAVBLUE, an Airbus company, seeks a VIE Commercial Operations Specialist to optimize our commercial activities. Responsibilities include supporting sales campaigns, managing business tools, and driving process improvements. The role reports to the Head of Commercial Operations at our headquarters in France and the Head of Region Sales locally.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Support direct sales activities, including renewals and transition campaigns
  • Manage and improve business tools and processes
  • Contribute to projects aimed at enhancing commercial performance

Education & Skills :

  • Master's degree in a relevant field
  • Experience in sales support, marketing, or finance
  • Knowledge of digital tools (e.g., Salesforce, Qliksense) a plus
  • Fluent in English, proactive, analytical, and collaborative

Travel : Up to 10% domestic/international
