Videography Manager

Honorarium Position

Overview

The Videography Director oversees all ASUS video content, ensuring projects align with ASUS Visual Identity Standards and are completed on time. They manage a team of videographers, delegate tasks, and communicate with various ASUS groups to identify videography opportunities. The Director also maintains an organized video archive and fulfills requests for video content as needed.

Application Deadline

Time Commitment and Remuneration

Term: May 1st, 2025 – April 30th, 2026

Hours: 4-6 hours per week

Honorarium: Awarded based on the Honorarium Grid in the Human Resources Policy (Click here)

Responsibilities

  • Hire, manage, and delegate tasks to videographers with oversight from the Creative Deputy and Marketing & Communications Officer.
  • Oversee the completion of video projects, ensuring adherence to ASUS Visual Identity Standards.
  • Maintain an organized video archive and contribute general video content regularly.
  • Communicate with ASUS groups to identify and fulfill videography needs.
  • Hold 4-6 office hours per week, evenly distributed.
  • Manage camera sign-out privileges in coordination with the Marketing Officer and Photo Manager.
