About the Role

Kensington is looking for a talented Videographer/Editor to help bring our brand and the world of luxury travel to life through compelling visual storytelling.

Reporting to the Senior Content Manager, you will shoot and edit high-impact, on-brand video content across a variety of channels and formats. This is a hands‑on creative role for someone who can take an idea from initial concept and script through production and post‑production, combining strong visual instincts with the technical expertise required to deliver polished, engaging work.

You’ll collaborate closely with members of the Marketing team and stakeholders across the business to develop content that captures what makes Kensington unique. You’ll also have the opportunity to explore new formats, creative approaches and platform‑native ideas that strengthen our storytelling and grow audience engagement.

If you’re passionate about visual storytelling, inspired by travel and thrive in a collaborative, fast‑paced creative environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create high-impact video and visual content for Kensington and its various lines of business, with a primary focus on video alongside photography, social content, webinars and other creative assets.
  • Plan and execute video and photography shoots from pre-production through final delivery, including storyboarding, shot lists, production planning and post-production.
  • Edit and finish video content across sound design, audio mixing, colour correction and grading, captioning, basic motion graphics and animation.
  • Capture and shape authentic, people‑led stories through interviews, testimonials, behind‑the‑scenes content and other narrative‑driven formats.
  • Develop storyboards and shot lists for internal and external brand approvals.
  • Apply a strong design sensibility, including an understanding of typography, composition and visual hierarchy, across video and still content.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team on creative concepts, campaigns and new storytelling opportunities.
  • Create content optimized for social and digital platforms, including Instagram, Facebook and YouTube, while proactively bringing forward new formats and platform‑native creative ideas.
  • Support photography editing, digital imaging and retouching as required.
  • Help coordinate production requirements, including budgets, materials, props and other resources needed for shoots.
  • Stay current on video, social media and creative trends, as well as competitor marketing within the travel industry.
  • Ensure all creative work adheres to Kensington’s brand standards, including approved fonts, logos and visual guidelines.
  • Incorporate creative feedback efficiently and thoughtfully while maintaining a high standard of execution.
  • Manage multiple time‑sensitive projects independently while balancing creative quality, deadlines and changing priorities.
  • Travel internationally as required to capture content and support productions.
What You Bring
  • 4+ years of professional video experience, ideally within a marketing, brand or agency environment.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating outstanding video work and visual storytelling capabilities.
  • Demonstrated experience developing video content from concept through production and final edit.
  • Strong shooting, editing and post‑production capabilities.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.
  • Strong post‑production skills across sound design, audio mixing, colour correction and grading, captioning, and basic motion graphics and animation.
  • Experience with digital imaging and photo retouching.
  • Strong understanding of typography, composition and visual storytelling.
  • Knowledge of social media video best practices and experience developing short‑form content for digital platforms.
  • Ability to capture authentic, engaging people‑led content, including interviews and testimonials.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work autonomously across multiple projects and deadlines.
  • A collaborative, adaptable approach and openness to feedback, experimentation and continued learning.
  • A certificate or bachelor’s degree in Image Arts, Photography, Digital Production or a related field.
  • A valid passport and the ability to travel internationally.
