A healthcare company in Toronto is seeking a Performance Marketing Video Editor to produce high-converting videos for campaigns. You will edit UGC-style content for various platforms, collaborate closely with marketing teams, and have a significant impact on performance-driven creative. We’re looking for a creative and motivated Performance Marketing Video Editor to help us produce high-converting, UGC-style videos for our campaigns. In this role, you’ll work closely with our marketing and creative teams to turn raw, influencer-style and customer-generated footage into engaging ads that grab attention and drive results. This is a great opportunity for someone with solid editing skills who’s eager to learn the ropes of performance-driven creative and grow in a fast-moving environment.

Edit high-performing, UGC-style video ads for platforms like TikTok, Meta, and other social channels
Transform raw influencer, creator, or customer footage into polished, scroll-stopping ads
Work with performance marketers and creative strategists to understand campaign goals and optimize edits for conversions
Create multiple variations and cutdowns for rapid testing and iteration
Apply brand guidelines while keeping content authentic, relatable, and platform-specific
Stay organized with project files, asset libraries, and version control
Keep up with trends in UGC content, performance marketing, and social media video formats
Some professional or freelance editing experience (internships, personal projects, or portfolio work welcome)
Proficiency in tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar
A creative eye for pacing, hooks, and storytelling in short-form content
A collaborative attitude, openness to feedback, and eagerness to learn performance marketing principles
Interest in healthcare and making an impact in people’s lives
