Job Overview:

Are you a skilled video editor with a sharp eye for storytelling and a passion for creating content that moves people? Do you thrive on transforming raw footage into emotionally compelling narratives that connect with millions? At Goalcast, we’re looking for a creative and driven Video Editor to join our fast-paced, purpose-led team. You’ll have the opportunity to craft impactful stories for one of our leading studios, Unseen , Life Stories , or Paradigm , each dedicated to inspiring change through powerful, real-world storytelling.

As a Video Editor at Goalcast, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping the content that inspires our global audience. This is your chance to be part of something bigger, where creativity and impact go hand in hand.

Responsibilities:

• Editing and leading your videos from start to finish with one of our studios
• Collaborate on a regular basis with all team members involved, such as directors, researchers, voiceover actors, etc) & give and receive feedback throughout the project
• Identify relevant trends, & properly assess potential in your stories in order to make viral videos.
• Participate in the strategic packaging of your video with the team, for all our core platforms: Youtube, Facebook, and Snapchat.
• Be an active team member in your studio and contribute meaningfully to the show’s growth, team synergy, strategic discussions, creative brainstorms, and innovative ideas!

Qualifications:

• At least 2-3 years of video editing experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create engaging and impactful content.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other industry-standard editing tools.
• A strong eye for detail, creativity, and an innate sense of how to craft stories that move people.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
