StackAdapt is seeking a Video Creator, UGC and Social to build a fast, always-on video engine turning internet culture into content for feeds like TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and LinkedIn.

You’ll script, shoot, edit, and often star in 3–4 videos per week, moving from idea to publish in 24–48 hours under editorial direction. Ideal for someone with a strong portfolio and B2B translation skills.

Qualifications

• Public portfolio showing strong performance on short-form videos.
• Ability to ship: post a good video today rather than a perfect video later.
• Translate technical AdTech concepts into entertaining content.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of 3–4 short videos per week for 9:16 feeds (TikTok, Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn).
• Script, shoot, edit, and potentially star in videos within 24–48 hours of idea.
• Collaborate with editorial direction and channel priorities to publish consistently.
• Analyze retention and engagement to improve formats and messaging.
