Jobgether is seeking a Video Creator to own the end-to-end production of short-form content from idea to publication, focusing on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and more. The role emphasizes speed, trend-spotting, and storytelling for B2B topics in a remote-first Canada-based setup.

You will script, film, edit, and appear on camera, delivering 3–4 videos per week while collaborating with social and digital performance teams to optimize engagement and retention across channels.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio showing social-native short-form content creation and performance.
• Ability to craft videos with strong pacing, captions, hooks, and platform-appropriate storytelling.
• Fast, execution-focused mindset with speed over perfection.
• Ability to translate technical or B2B topics into entertaining content for broad audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the launch of a TikTok presence and support expansion to other channels.
• Identify timely content opportunities from trends, culture, and news.
• Turn trends into engaging content within a 24–48 hour cycle.
• Script, film, edit, and publish 3–4 short-form videos per week across platforms.
• Maintain a weekly content slate balancing reactive trends with planned campaigns.
