In recent years, our Bluesound and Bluesound Professional lines have revolutionized the wireless, multi-room audio streaming market. The newly established Lenbrook Media Group now leads the commercialization of our proprietary media management technologies and platforms, including BluOS, MQA, AIRIA, FOQUS, and QRONO.

At our Pickering location, we are seeking a Video Producer to play a key role on our in-house content studio team. As one of two Video Producers, the successful candidate will be fluent in all aspects of video production, with particular strength in pre-production and shoot planning. An interest in photography is considered an asset. This role requires a strong narrative approach to brand, product, and campaign storytelling, helping to develop compelling video content that supports our marketing initiatives.

A Day in the Life:
  • Develop mood boards, storyboards, shot plans, and scripts that reflect the narrative of our brands.
  • Ensure all stakeholders are briefed and aligned on the creative direction.
Shoot Planning & Logistics
  • Source products and props required for shoots.
  • Coordinate shoot logistics including venue bookings, inventory, props, rental equipment, and transportation.
  • Ensure all inventory is returned to the warehouse and tracked appropriately.
On Set / Production
  • Collaborate with the creative team to achieve the desired visual style for videography.
  • Work with appropriate resources to capture supporting photography.
  • Support live event and stream production including cameras, microphones, streaming software, switchboards, and on-screen graphics.
  • Edit or direct the editing of footage to ensure the original creative vision is achieved.
  • Deliver high-quality video content within tight timelines and budgets.
You Bring to the Team:
  • College diploma in Film Production, Media Studies, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in video production, preferably within an agency environment.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to develop engaging, story-driven video content.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition); experience with DaVinci Resolve and Blender is considered an asset. Familiarity with broadcast and streaming platforms such as OBS, StreamYard, or Streamlabs.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Tech-savvy with a solid understanding of current video production tools and equipment; adaptable and quick to learn new technologies is considered an asset.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Valid Class G driver’s license: access to a personal vehicle is considered an asset.
  • Flexibility to work occasional extended hours as required.
Total Compensation:

$50,000 to $52,000 annually (inclusive of base salary and variable sales incentive)

Additional benefits include:
  • Paid vacation and sick leave
  • Health and dental benefits
