Program Overview
The Victaulic Sales Professional Development Program is a full-time permanent position designed for ambitious recent graduates ready to launch their sales career in Canada's thriving industrial sector. This comprehensive program combines intensive training, extensive hands-on field experience, and dedicated mentorship to prepare you for success in the Fort McMurray territory - one of Canada's most dynamic industrial markets.

Phase 2 : Fort McMurray Territory Development
Upon successful completion of the 3-month sales training, you will transition to your role in Fort McMurray, Alberta. You'll work closely with the National Sales Manager –Energy, and experienced sales professionals with dedicated territory management responsibility.
