The London District Catholic School Board invites applications for the position of Vice Principal for Catholic Secondary Schools. This role requires strong leadership and a commitment to Catholic education, with qualifications including an Ontario School Principal's Certificate and relevant teaching experience. The successful candidate will join a dedicated team serving a diverse student population and will be expected to contribute to the board's mission of equity and inclusion.
The London region is one of the fastest growing areas in Canada, and the LDCSB is one of the fastest growing Catholic School Boards in the province! We are seeking a number of Catholic secondary school vice-principals to join our team. We are one of the largest employers in the region, with more than 4,500 staff working together to educate approximately 27,500 students. We currently have 44 elementary schools and 9 secondary schools.

In accordance with Board Policy (G 2.4), qualified applicants are required to provide a resume of qualifications and experience, a cover letter, the Self Assessment Tool, the Commitment to Catholic Education for Aspiring Leaders (found on the board website under Careers), and the names and contact information of two references, one of whom is your immediate supervisor. The Board reserves the right to limit the interviews to those deemed ready for promotion.

Salary will be in accordance with the terms and conditions for Principals and Vice Principals; commensurate with experience. Successful candidates must be prepared to accept assignments at schools throughout the LDCSB.
