The Supportive Environments and Experiences for Development (SEED) program is a national early childhood development (ECD) initiative coordinated by the Aga Khan Education Board for Canada. SEED targets parents and primary caregivers of Ismaili children from birth to four years of age. The program aims to support parents and families in engaging with their children's learning and development during the early years. Weekly group sessions facilitate experience-based activities for parents/caregivers and their children, promoting music and movement, early literacy, spirituality and faith-based activities, and school readiness. This posting specifically seeks a Vice Principal for the Downtown, Burnaby Lake, and Ismaili Centre Jamatkhanas.
The SEED Vice Principal is responsible for the overall coordination and management of the SEED program at their Centre.
