An exciting opportunity awaits a senior leader passionate about delivering TELUS’ customer-first promise and innovating our operating model to improve customer experience and efficiency. This individual will collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to transform the supply chain—standardizing processes, adopting advanced inventory management techniques, and fostering a culture of innovation.
At the core of this role is ensuring seamless supply and demand interlock—aligning forecasts, inventory strategies, and build plans to deliver the right products at the right time efficiently. Reporting to the Chief Procurement Officer, this role oversees inventory planning, warehousing, transportation, reverse logistics, equipment refurbishment, and customer shipment management. You will lead a team of supply chain and process design professionals dedicated to timely product delivery while optimizing working capital and efficiency. This role supports Consumer Solutions, Business Solutions, CTO (Infrastructure), and CIO (Systems), and is crucial for cross-functional collaboration and business success.
