The Vice President provides strategic oversight and executive leadership for all specialty hospitals within the national network.?They are responsible for driving clinical excellence, operational performance, fiscal responsibility and sustainable. Leveraging data-driven insights and?forward-thinking initiatives, the VP ensures alignment between medical integrity, workforce engagement, and client experience. The role of Vice President is pivotal in shaping a national vision and developing a high-performance culture rooted in collaboration, accountability, and consistency. The Vice President serves as the executive steward of all hospital operations, championing innovation, financial resilience and scalability in a dynamic care-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities

Vision & Strategy
  • Lead the development and execution of forward-thinking hospital business plans that stretch goals and drive sustainable growth, unlocking potential across our hospitals.
  • Partner with Hospital Directors to turn business plans into compelling visions that teams can rally behind.
  • Translate data and insights into actionable strategies that fuel exemplary care, client service, and financial productivity.
Culture & Performance Transformation
  • Serve as a cultural ambassador, fostering a high-performance, values-driven environment across all hospitals.
  • Take a proactive and analytical approach to identifying gaps in hospital performance related to talent, budget, revenue growth, or execution of the business plan.
  • Mentor and develop Hospital Directors into empowered, fiscally responsible leaders who uplift their teams and embody our strategic priorities.
  • Lead regular business and P&L reviews to drive accountability, celebrate wins, and build momentum for continuous improvement.
Operational Leadership
  • Ensure each hospital has the tools, resources, and people to promote clinical excellence and exceptional client experiences.
  • Establish clear performance expectations for hospital leadership teams related to revenue, labor, COGS, and expense control.
  • Support operational success by ensuring effective scheduling and optimizing labor management to balance service quality, team engagement, and financial performance.
  • Align and manage key stakeholders by facilitating cross-functional collaboration and driving consensus around business objectives.
  • Promote adherence to corporate standards, processes and initiatives in a way that enhances efficiency, accountability, and the overall client and patient experience.
People Development & Team Empowerment
  • Champion leadership development and innovation, engaging Hospital Directors to build strong, sustainable teams.
  • Develop a strong presence across our specialty hospitals through consistent communication and regular on-site visits to engage department leads, build strong working relationships, and gain direct visibility into local performance and culture.
  • Coach Hospital Directors to diagnose core issues, build actionable plans and course correct quickly and effectively.
  • Inspire a culture of teamwork and continuous learning through regular training, workshops, and peer learning opportunities.
Client & Community Engagement
  • Support Hospital Directors in enhancing the client journey - ensuring compassion, empathy, and trust are at the center of every interaction.
  • Assist Hospital Directors to create strong community partnerships by evaluating community inventories, local promotions and other sales-building opportunities.
  • Lead teams in using high-performing social media posts as a strategic extension of their hospital brand and client engagement strategy and to share stories that reflect the company’s broader purpose.

  • Passionate about health and driven by a desire to make a lasting impact on clients, and professionals.
  • Bilingual in English and French is preferred but not required.
