Job description

Lead a multidisciplinary team focused on technical sales support, pricing, vendor operations, and strategic planning

Develop and execute technical sales strategies to boost salesforce capabilities and market impact

Collaborate across departments to improve sales funnels, client engagement, and AI-driven enablement

Oversee pricing governance and ensure compliance with delivery standards

Drive high-impact programs from business case through execution

Implement best practices and tools to improve sales process and productivity

Manage budgets and optimize resources to achieve EBITDA and satisfaction targets

Govern vendor / asset management and drive contract cost-efficiency

Ensure strong audit readiness and policy compliance

Lead change management and employee engagement initiatives

Partner on product lifecycle enablement, ensuring sales teams are equipped to succeed

Stay ahead of market trends and represent Bell as a thought leader

What you must have :

15+ years of leadership in telecom, tech, or IT with a focus on shared services and sales enablement

Proven success managing cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations

Strong strategic, financial, and business planning skills

Experience improving sales productivity across complex channels

Excellent communicator, capable of simplifying technical topics for diverse audiences

Skilled in program execution and vendor governance

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or IT; Master’s or certification preferred

Bilingualism in French and English is required for roles in Quebec
