We create cutting-edge, evidence-based healthcare technology solutions that support the clinical decision-making process, standardize care, and improve patient outcomes. For over a decade, our cloud-based, EMR-agnostic digital tools have empowered clinicians around the world and positively impacted millions of patients across the continuum of care – including primary physician care, acute care hospitals and surgical suites as well as community and seniors care. We are proud to serve as a trusted health system partner to a rapidly growing, global client base that spans five continents across more than 13,000 healthcare facilities, with a clinical audience of over 300,000 doctors, nurses and pharmacists. If you are looking to improve patient care and are passionate about technology — look no further.

The Role

Reporting to the Managing Director of Connectivity, the Vice President (VP), Sales is responsible for leading the sales function for repeatable SaaS sales. This role ensures the achievement of sales targets, drives business growth, and aligns sales objectives with the company's strategy to grow SaaS sales. The VP will be pivotal in expanding key healthcare professional platforms, such as Pharmapod.

You Will Have The Opportunity To

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Manage a team of senior sales leads and provide strong sales and results-driven leadership while fostering a culture of accountability, professional development, high performance, and ethical behaviour.
  • Establish and prioritize critical performance measures for all sales roles; oversee the equitable allocation of organization objectives across all sales channels, markets, and personnel; and ensure all key sales and sales management associates are accountable for assigned results.
  • Provide leadership, direction, and support to the sales function, including reporting on Sales KPIs.
  • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume, market share, and other key financial performance objectives.
  • Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities to attract hospitals, pharmacies, and associations.
  • Establish and oversee key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales roles, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Manage SalesForce and analytics tools to team track performance, optimize conversion rates, improve sales efficiency, and report on performance to key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing, client success, operations, and other internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Align the sales organization’s objectives with firm business strategy through active participation in sales strategy development, forecasting, sales resource planning, and budgeting.
  • Accountable for effective sales organization design, including sales job roles, sales channel design, and sales resource deployment for repeatable SaaS products.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, introduce new sales programs, and evaluate product and service expansion opportunities.

What You Will Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
  • Over 10 years of combined experience in sales, including at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Proven expertise in selling SaaS solutions focusing on B2B, ideally within the healthcare sector.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales processes and related negotiation techniques.
  • Strong sales and business development acumen with a strategic mindset.
  • Experience reporting on Sales pipeline and recurring revenue.
  • Experience with CRMs such as Salesforce.
  • Proven ability to identify growth opportunities and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Strong relationship management skills with a track record of driving new business.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on, results-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Why Us
