  • Lead an integrated operating model across Production, Claims Operations, Treaty & Retrocession, Data Engineering, Data Integrity, Reporting & Analytics, Strategic Initiatives, and AI.
  • Act as the connector across business, technology, and data to align execution with insights.
  • Drive the evolution of operations into a data‑driven, insight‑led organization while consistently prioritizing with the greatest impact.
Your Role
  • Lead end‑to‑end reinsurance operations ensuring accurate, timely processing across claims, billing, inforce, treaty, and retrocession.
  • Establish Data Integrity as a foundational capability where we “get the data right at source”.
  • Drive proactive data quality frameworks including validation, reconciliation, and monitoring.
  • Lead data enrichment initiatives combining business, actuarial, and technical capabilities.
  • Oversee integration of third‑party data to enhance analytics, reporting, and decision‑making.
  • Lead Reporting & Analytics, including Power BI and Databricks, delivering actionable insights to leadership and clients.
  • Drive value‑added analytics (experience studies, premium comparisons, treaty compliance, claims insights).
  • Lead Data Engineering and Data Warehouse capabilities ensuring scalable data pipelines.
  • Champion AI integration and automation across operations and data workflows.
  • Lead Project Management and transformation initiatives including system enhancements and new deal onboarding.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across all teams.
Client & Stakeholder Leadership
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Partner across actuarial, underwriting, finance, claims, and IT to align priorities.
  • Act as a senior escalation point for complex operational and client challenges.
People Leadership
  • Lead and develop a large, high‑performing, multi‑functional team.
  • Create an environment that encourages curiosity, ownership, and innovation.
  • Set clear objectives and provide meaningful development opportunities.
  • Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and pride in delivering high‑quality work.
