Our client is a multinational investment bank with offices based in Dublin City Centre. As part of continued growth, they are seeking a highly skilled Vice President – Regulatory Reporting to join their Dublin finance team on a permanent basis. This is a regulated position responsible for supporting both internal and external regulatory reporting, with a primary focus on the Irish subsidiary of a major international bank.

The successful candidate will serve as the initial reviewer of all regulatory submissions and contribute to the preparation of key prudential reports. The role involves maintaining a strong control environment, driving continuous improvement, and engaging with both internal stakeholders and external regulatory bodies.

Key Responsibilities:

Regulatory Reporting:

• Review and, as required, prepare internal and external regulatory returns
• Deliver high-quality prudential returns (Capital, Liquidity, Large Exposures, Asset Encumbrance, Leverage Ratio)
• Stay informed on changes in regulatory requirements and their impact on reporting processes

Oversight & Team Support:

• Provide coverage for the VP in their absence
• Mentor and support junior finance team members

Process Improvement & Controls:

• Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in all reporting activities

Stakeholder Management:

• Liaise effectively with internal teams and external regulators
• Provide clear communication and reporting to senior management
• Monitor, identify, and escalate operational and conduct risks

Qualifications & Experience:

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
• Circa 5+ years PQE within an Irish regulated entity
• Experience reporting into the CBI

Package:

• Base salary of €95,000
