Rogers Business Enterprise Sales Team

Rogers is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President, Regional Sales, to lead our Central region, focusing on driving growth of Rogers Business Sales in Ontario. This critical leadership position will develop and execute an accelerated business-building strategy, leveraging Rogers' full suite of enterprise services to meet the evolving needs of public and private market segments across Ontario.

As the Vice President of Regional Sales, you will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive sales growth strategy that enhances Rogers' market position and strengthens customer relationships. Success will be measured by achieving key financial targets, market share growth, and customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities :
  1. Develop and implement a regional sales strategy to strengthen market position and drive sustainable growth, prioritizing customer satisfaction and measurable improvements in market share across Ontario. Manage the P&L for the Ontario region.
  2. Revenue & Growth : Deliver on sales and subscriber growth targets, define and execute strategies to capture key accounts, and maximize business opportunities across all product offerings.
  3. Drive operational excellence through disciplined sales execution, leveraging all channels, and collaborating with sales operations to optimize performance.
  4. Lead and inspire a high-performing team of approximately 150 employees. Foster a culture of accountability, discipline, and continuous improvement, focusing on succession planning and employee development.
  5. Community Engagement : Cultivate regional relationships to enhance business development, brand presence, and customer engagement within the region.
  6. Required Qualifications :
  7. 10-15 years of senior sales leadership experience, including managing large teams and leading across multiple levels.
  8. Proven ability to build and execute strategic enterprise B2B sales strategies that drive results, with a focus on operational excellence and sustainable growth.
  9. Track record of exceeding sales targets, leveraging data-driven insights, and aligning strategies with corporate goals.
  10. Exceptional communication skills to engage with C-suite executives and translate strategies into actionable plans.
  11. Experience leading in a matrixed organization, balancing top-down and bottom-up leadership, and collaborating across teams.
  12. Ability to recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing sales teams while fostering an inclusive, results-driven culture.
  13. Deep industry network and understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics, with a proven ability to build and deepen client relationships.
  14. Expertise in deal construction and internal collaboration for optimal outcomes.
  15. Prior experience in telco or SaaS industries is required.
