Job Description
The Vice President, Program Delivery (“VPPD”) is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing the management and successful delivery of ship repair and manufacturing programs (“Programs”) for Seaspan Victoria Shipyards (VSL). The position is responsible for the profitability and performance of the program portfolio, with full authority to ensure its efficient and effective execution.
The Vice President, Program Delivery directly reports to the Vice-President and General Manager of Victoria Shipyards. The VPPD oversees Program Managers, ensuring the efficient and effective execution of program work, including safety, scope, schedule, cost, quality, and customer satisfaction.
The Vice President, Program Delivery collaborates with the Seaspan Victoria Shipyards management team and the Seaspan Executive Leadership Team.
Note: Due to business needs, this position is required to be fully on-site based at 825 Admirals Road, Victoria.

The estimated salary for this position is $270,000 - $330,000. In determining the final salary, Seaspan considers many factors including the successful Candidate’s skills and experience as well as position location and internal equity. The final base salary offer will be at the Company’s sole discretion and presented as part of a competitive total compensation package.

This position may involve defense articles and/or technical data regulated by the U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (“ITAR”) and the U.S. Arms Export Control Act.
