A leading fleet management company located in Toronto is seeking a skilled Vice President, Product to lead the strategy and development of SME product platforms. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of senior product leadership experience, strong P&L management skills, and a proven track record in scaling complex products. The role includes driving cross-functional team collaboration, overseeing product launch readiness, and cultivating a high-performance culture within the team.
The Vice President, Product – SME leads the strategy, development, launch, and continuous evolution of Element’s SME product platform. Accountable for delivering a scalable and profitable product offering aligned to client needs, the VP orchestrates cross-functional teams to finalize product structure, pricing, operating model and go-to-market, while driving innovation and operational excellence to achieve measurable business outcomes (growth, profitability, client satisfaction).

Location: Mississauga. Our Mississauga office will move to 1 Adelaide in Toronto in September 2026
The base salary range for this position is $230,000-$260,000 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
