This position involves supporting the development and management of the CRM platform and client onboarding processes within TD Securities' Corporate and Investment Banking division. The role requires strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities include :

  • Managing the CRM platform backlog, roadmap, and delivery lifecycle.
  • Leading Business Acceptance Testing and acting as the liaison between business stakeholders and development teams.
  • Prioritizing features based on business value and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensuring system compliance with financial regulations like FINRA, SEC, GDPR.
  • Collaborating with vendors and internal teams to optimize platform performance and user training.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5-10 years in capital markets and project management, with 5+ years in product ownership, preferably in financial services.
  • Hands-on experience managing CRM platforms, with knowledge of configuration and integration.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes, compliance, and Agile methodologies.
  • Additional Skills :

  • Experience with API integrations, data governance, and UI / UX collaboration.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

    Salary Range : $135,000 CAD
