What we offer
Mattamy’s Greater Toronto Urban (GTU) multi-residential division is the growth engine of Mattamy Homes Canada. In its first three years, the GTU division already enjoys an existing multi-residential portfolio, with formidable brand recognition, and a development pipeline that will see thousands of new mid and high-rise condominium suites brought to the market within the next few years across the GTA area municipalities.
The Vice President, Product Designreporting to Division President, is an innovativeand process orientated professional with a proven track record of building high performing teams. This role plays an integral role in the planning and execution of Mattamy communities in developing future product offerings to meet the evolving needs of homebuyers. This individual will have the opportunity tosupport with acquisition assessments, work “end to end” through the pre-community design, work with community teams during the pre-construction phase, and manage the selection and sale of upgrades via the Design Studio team.
