The Position

Reporting to the Regional Vice President and General Manager, this role is responsible for ensuring successful operations within the facility and overseeing reporting departments. Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic planning and implementation of business objectives with regular reporting
  • Ensuring adherence to policies and procedures for effective facility operations
  • Promoting the company's mission, vision, and values to maintain a strong culture

Additional responsibilities:

  • Leading the team through communication of expectations, monitoring, development, and performance appraisal
  • Maintaining strong relationships with customers and regulatory agencies
  • Collaborating with divisional managers
  • Reviewing and reporting on the facility budget
  • Participating in the Safety Management System, reporting hazards and incidents, and promoting safety policies

Education and Experience

  • Relevant degree or minimum of 12 years of related experience or training; or equivalent
  • Preferred ACA and licensed AME
