ActionCOACH Canada, part of the world’s #1 business coaching organization, is seeking a strategic and driven Vice President of Operations to join our Calgary-based headquarters team. This is a dynamic leadership role with national influence and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across Canada.
Key Responsibilities :
- Report directly to the CEO and support high-level strategic operations across Canada
- Oversee onboarding of franchisees and business coaches
- Lead, train, and coach all Canadian ActionCOACH coaches through our growth and success systems
- Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) across the national coach network and HQ team
- Drive increased billings and performance of Canadian coaches
- Manage financial reports, top performer lists, and track operational progress
- Act as primary liaison with the Global Head Office and manage international communications
- Contribute to national marketing initiatives and strategy development
- Participate in the franchise sales process : support discovery calls, explain onboarding, and build rapport with potential franchisees
- Lead event planning and execution for coach and franchisee events
- Provide ongoing support and success coaching to the national coach community
- Manage operational tools, office supplies, systems, and HQ office administration
- Lead French language liaison efforts in Quebec and manage French translation projects
- Utilize and manage platforms such as Google Workspace, SharePoint, GHL CRM, and Excel for operational efficiency
Ideal Candidate :
- Quick learner and proactive self-starter
- Passionate about coaching, development, and helping others grow
- Experience in entrepreneurship or small / medium business environments
- Strong background in leadership, training, operations, business coaching, or executive coaching
- Passionate about small and medium business growth
- Proficient in Google Workspace, SharePoint, GHL CRM, and Excel
- Comfortable with adapting to new technologies and using tech to streamline operations
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Thrives in a collaborative team environment and contributes positively to company culture
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a growth mindset
- French proficiency and / or experience working in bilingual environments is a strong asset
Compensation & Benefits :
- Base salary range : $70,000 to $120,000 depending on experience
