• No upfront cash compensation.
• Equity (shares) and the possibility of future token-based rewards form the core of your compensation. These tokens are subject to legal approvals and currently hold no assigned financial value .
• Cash compensation will be introduced as we hit key revenue milestones.

This is a role for doers , builders , creatives , thinkers , problem solvers , engineers , and visionaries —for those who don’t just want a seat at the table, but want to help design it .

• For business builders , entrepreneurs, strategist and senior executives with prior success in startups. You are someone who has built from scratch and operated globally. Experienced with scaling and fast growth. Looking for those who have done it before. From 0$ to 100M$+ in revenues, you got scale, vision and common sense in your name. Looking for a servant leader extremely passionate about your craft who leads by doing and example, very high emotional intelligence, people skills and excellent communication.
• You will lead the charge for the external services and our revenues. Each VP will bring their expertise to drive, lead and take ownership over their department and specialized divisions.

Overview

Anime Universe is seeking a Vice President of Operations who can bring structure to vision, velocity to strategy, and execution to a galaxy of moving parts. You’ll work directly with the COO and other core leaders to ensure we operate like the world-class ecosystem we’re building. You are the anchor to the creative storm. The executor who connects dream to delivery. You’ll help us go from planning to production, idea to implementation, and ambition to achievement.

What You’ll Own

• Architect and oversee operations systems and workflows across all core teams.
• Build out and manage project management frameworks , timelines, and accountability rhythms.
• Partner with Product, Legal, HR, and Studio leaders to align on resource allocation and progress tracking.
• Identify gaps in execution and deploy solutions fast , whether process, personnel, or platform.
• Mentor and manage a team of project managers , coordinators, and cross-functional operators.
• Translate company goals into actionable roadmaps , operational dashboards, and measurable outcomes.
• Act as an extension of the COO— prioritize, unblock, and accelerate key initiatives.
• You will be responsible for operational delivery targets tied to project velocity, internal milestones, and departmental budget cadence—visible at the executive and board level.

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in operations, project management, or startup leadership .
• Proven success building operational systems in high-growth, high-ambiguity environments.
• Business builder , prior success with a startup business from 0$ to 100M$+ revenues from scratch .
• Exceptional ability to translate strategy into execution —fast.
• Able to build structure from zero—without waiting for instructions—and deploy it at velocity under live fire.
• Confident communicator, calm under pressure, deeply reliable.
• Experience working across time zones and building remote-first operations.
• Bonus : background in tech, creative industries, games, or legal / consulting environments.
• Experience in founding teams or executive pods where you scaled something that didn’t exist yet.
