What You Will Be Doing

• Producing theoretical strategies - your vision must be grounded in practical, product-level implementation
• Serve as the technical cornerstone for our educational products, wielding CTO-level oversight to drive innovation and deliver measurable business impact through strategic execution

Basic Requirements

• Passionate advocate for data-driven learning science with extensive practical experience
• Proven track record of 7+ years architecting software solutions, including implementation of sophisticated design patterns and major open source technologies
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with cloud computing architecture, particularly in AWS environments
• 4+ years of end-to-end technical and delivery ownership for revenue-generating products
• Demonstrated expertise in building and implementing advanced Generative AI features
• Proven success in leveraging Generative AI to optimize and streamline operational workflows

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD / hour, which equates to $400,000 USD / year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
