Job description

Our client is seeking a dynamic Vice President of Organizational Development to join their team. This position is pivotal in shaping and driving our organizational strategies and initiatives aimed at enhancing workforce performance and engagement across the organization.

In this role, you will lead efforts related to organizational design, talent management, leadership development, and change management. You will consult with senior leadership to align organizational priorities with business goals, ensuring that our teams are equipped to meet the evolving demands of the market.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive organizational development strategy that supports the company's mission and enhances employee engagement and performance.
  2. Lead talent management initiatives, including succession planning, leadership development, and workforce planning.
  3. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning to drive organizational effectiveness.
  4. Oversee change management processes during major organizational transitions, ensuring clear communication and support for impacted employees.
  5. Collaborate with HR and other departments to assess organizational needs and implement targeted solutions.
  6. Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of organizational development initiatives, making recommendations for enhancements.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  2. 10+ years of experience in organizational development or related HR function, with a strong emphasis on leadership and talent management.
  3. Proven track record of successful change management and organizational design initiatives.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to drive data-driven decision making.
  6. Professional certifications in organizational development, coaching, or change management are a plus.
