Job description

We’re looking for a results-driven Vice President of Operations to lead and shape the way we work across the company. In this senior leadership role, you’ll be in charge of making sure our operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in line with our big-picture goals.

This role is key to our growth. You'll work across teams and locations to improve processes, lead strategic initiatives, and make sure we deliver great results every time.

What You'll Do :

  • Lead all aspects of day-to-day operations, including supply chain, quality control, logistics, inventory, and warehouse management.
  • Develop strategies and systems to improve how we work, making us faster, smarter, and more efficient.
  • Track key metrics and take action where needed to boost performance.
  • Support and grow a strong team by guiding managers and supervisors to success.
  • Build and maintain great relationships with suppliers and partners.
  • Present clear reports, budgets, and forecasts to the leadership team.
  • Oversee all company facilities, including locations in North America and China, as well as third-party logistics providers.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and regulations to identify new opportunities and avoid risks.
  • Handle legal and compliance matters related to operations, risk management, and product liability.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, or a related field (Master’s is a plus).
  • 10+ years in operations leadership, ideally in a similar industry.
  • Strong experience managing budgets, costs, and forecasts.
  • A history of leading large teams and driving operational improvements.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, ever-changing environments.
  • Passion for continuous learning and operational excellence.
