An established industry player is seeking a Vice President of Operations to drive strategic leadership and operational excellence. Reporting to the Chief Operating Office, the Vice President of Operations will be responsible for overseeing the Manufacturing, Maintenance, Planning, Supply Chain, Quality, R&D and Sanitation departments. This role will involve providing strategic leadership, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence and meet business objectives while ensuring the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and safety.

Your Qualifications
You have a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is an asset. Your progressive experience has been developed in food manufacturing operations or similar environment, with a min. of 5 years in a senior leadership role. You have demonstrated knowledge of food safety regulations, quality management systems, and industry best practices and are able to effectively communicate it at all organizational levels. You have a proven track record of process improvements, enhancing operational efficiency, and achieving significant cost savings. The candidate should be a strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
