Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the overall franchise operations strategy to support the growth and sustainability of the franchise network. Provide leadership and direction for franchise partners, ensuring adherence to best practices and operational standards. Monitor franchise performance through data analysis and regular evaluations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes. Create training and support programs for franchisees to foster growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop programs that enhance brand awareness and drive sales across the franchise network. Build strong relationships with franchise partners, serving as a trusted advisor and resource for operational challenges. Qualifications:
Proven experience in franchise operations or multi-unit management, ideally in the retail or food service industries. Strong leadership skills with a track record of driving performance and fostering a culture of accountability. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in interpreting data to inform business decisions. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. Experience in training program development and implementation for franchise networks. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment while maintaining focus on strategic objectives.
