Vice President of FinanceAs part of its growing operations, a well-established manufacturing company in Québec is seeking a seasoned professional to take on a strategic leadership role. This key position aims to drive overall financial performance and actively contribute to the organization’s evolution in a collaborative and stimulating environment.

Responsibilities:- Analyze financial performance and advise senior management to optimize project and investment profitability.
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure rigorous budget performance tracking.
- Oversee the entire accounting process, including taxation, year-end, and auditing.
- Manage cash flow as well as financing and investment projects.
- Maintain strong business relationships with financial institutions, investors, and regulatory authorities.
- Lead the finance and procurement team (planning, supervision, evaluation, skill development).
- Oversee administrative and legal activities: corporate contracts, insurance, real estate, customs compliance, etc.
- Contribute to the overall organizational strategy and define a clear vision for the finance function.
- Promote a culture of excellence focused on continuous improvement, quality, and talent development.
- Implement asset management and control mechanisms while ensuring the security of confidential data.
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects and ensure alignment with the organization’s values.
What you will need to succeed:- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, combined with a graduate certificate or diploma (D.E.S.S. or equivalent).
- Recognized professional accounting designation (CPA).
- 10 to under 12 years of experience in financial management, including leadership responsibilities.
- Experience in a multi-site manufacturing environment.
- Experience in real estate asset management.
- Advanced Excel skills and comfort with financial management technology tools.
- Knowledge of the Epicor ERP system (an asset).
- Bilingual in English and French to ensure effective communication with internal partners and meet financial, legal, and regulatory requirements.
