A leading financial institution is seeking a Vice President of Business Development to enhance Canadian referral partnerships. We're looking for a strategic, innovative, and results-oriented Vice President, Business Development - Sales to grow a large portfolio of high-impact Canadian referral partnerships
While each partner is managed by an aligned relationship manager within the Partnerships team, this role will lead all business development activity across the portfolio.
In this national role, you will be responsible for driving performance, strengthening partner engagement, uncovering new growth opportunities, and accelerating the performance of our Merchant Services offering across key markets. You will play a pivotal role in building on our current success-developing and executing partner-specific strategies, launching innovative pilots, and identifying new ways to scale impact. This includes designing go-to-market strategies for newly onboarded partners to ensure strong early traction and long-term performance.
You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and the Partnerships team to unlock growth and drive meaningful results. This is a fast-paced, high-visibility role ideal for a self-starter who excels in relationship-building,
strategic thinking, and driving measurable outcomes.

This role requires regular travel to meet with partners across the country, ensuring a strong field presence and deep, ongoing alignment!
