What is the opportunity? As Vice President, Mutual Funds Research at RBC Wealth Management, you will lead a team of analysts providing research and support on mutual funds to Canada's leading national network of full-service investment advisors.

1. Manage a team of analysts to deliver high-quality research and support on mutual funds.
2. Set annual goals for the team and assign tasks accordingly.
3. Provide ongoing coaching and conduct periodic performance evaluations.
4. Ensure research output and service levels meet established standards for quality and timeliness.
5. Continuously improve existing products and practices.
6. Contribute to the research function by covering specific segments of the mutual fund market.
7. Participate in investment committees overseeing model portfolios that include mutual funds.

What do you need to succeed?

Must Have:

• Management experience, including coaching and mentoring employees.
• At least 5 years of investment manager research experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly service-oriented mindset.

Nice to Have:

• Candidates are encouraged to submit samples of their original written research with their application, limited to one sample.
