About The Team & Business Line

Fund Administration is Citco’s core business. Our alternative asset and accounting services are highly respected in the industry. Continuous investment in learning and technology enables us to deliver seamless client experiences.

Responsibilities
Your Role:
  1. Lead multiple teams within the Reconciliations, Client Service, and Delivery group. Ensure the integrity and accuracy of client transactions by reconciling them to third-party data. Address issues identified in reconciliations to maintain portfolio accuracy, including cash flows and security updates, and sign off on residual risks before financial statement production.
  2. Develop an in-depth understanding of risks, cash flows, and best practices to service clients effectively and meet SLAs. Build and enhance your team's professional skills to improve service quality.
  3. Manage Managers and their teams, acting as a primary contact and escalation point for clients, colleagues, and staff.
  4. Ensure teams are well-organized, resourced, and equipped to serve clients efficiently while minimizing overtime.
  5. Monitor and own risk exposure, challenging staff and clients to ensure appropriate support; escalate issues when necessary.
  6. Review portfolios and SLAs regularly to ensure compliance and adherence to best practices.
  7. Maintain knowledge of securities and investments, including treatments and cash flows, and contribute to designing mitigation tools and controls.
  8. Lead new client onboarding, fund setups, conversions, and migrations.
  9. Coach and develop staff for current roles and prepare them for senior management positions.
  10. Participate in projects, initiatives, and audits from internal and external parties.
Qualifications
About You:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • 6+ years of experience in Financial Services.
  • Product knowledge of domestic, global, OTC security markets, fixed income, and derivatives.
  • Experience with system implementations and workflow process initiatives.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Team management experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Hedge or Mutual Funds.
  • Professional accounting designation is a plus.
