The role involves managing teams, guiding clients through transactions, and utilizing strong financial acumen. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in M&A with a proven track record of leading deals while fostering valuable relationships.
Location: Ontario-based (Toronto/Hamilton/Niagara preferred) or remote with GTA access
Type: Full-Time | Hybrid
Compensation: $120K–$150K base + bonus - with set target
Experience: 7–12 years in M&A, investment banking, or boutique advisory
