The Role

As VP of Marketing, you will lead all external marketing initiatives across Reklaim’s consumer brands. Your mandate is clear : grow awareness, drive subscriber acquisition, and directly contribute to revenue. You’ll define our marketing strategy and personally own much of its execution - across paid, earned, and owned channels - with a sharp focus on performance and brand resonance.

This is a highly hands-on role to start, where you’ll be the primary marketing function but can engage contractors or agencies for specialized support when needed. As the company scales, you’ll have the opportunity to expand the function, bring on additional resources, and build a team around what’s proven to work.

You’ll partner closely with product teams (who own internal product marketing) to ensure external campaigns reflect what’s being built, and turn that into demand.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute Reklaim’s external marketing strategy across Reklaim Rewards , Reklaim Protect , and Reklaim Invest
  • Build brand visibility through PR, partnerships, social, content, and community
  • Lead performance marketing efforts focused on driving user acquisition and subscriber revenue
  • Collaborate with product leads to align campaigns with product releases and positioning (product teams handle internal PMM)
  • Manage social media strategy and day-to-day execution across platforms
  • Analyze marketing performance, own KPIs, and optimize for ROI, CAC, and LTV
  • Oversee external messaging, storytelling, and campaign development
  • Manage agency and contractor relationships as needed
  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team as the company scales

Requirements

  • 10+ years in consumer marketing, including leadership roles across brand, acquisition, and growth
  • Curiosity and focus on how AI impacts the marketing chain are a requirement
  • A scrappy, entrepreneurial mindset - comfortable being both strategist and doer
  • Proven ability to drive measurable outcomes from marketing (user growth, revenue, engagement)
  • Experience working with early-stage or scaling tech companies
  • Deep knowledge of digital channels : paid social, email, SEO, influencer, lifecycle
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, especially working cross-functionally with product
  • Passion for consumer rights, privacy, or Web3 is a plus
