  • You have the ability to manage multiple teams—leadership, coaching, recruitment, team building, problem resolution, motivation, training, and staff development.
  • You possess strong liaison skills across all organizational levels.
  • You have extensive experience in client servicing.
  • You have a solid understanding of the finance industry and financial markets.
  • You have prior experience in an Investor Relations/Unit Registry environment.

Your Role

The Vice President will partner with the Senior Vice President of Private Equity to oversee the PE IR department, with responsibilities including:

Client Relationship Management
  • Proactively establish Citco as a trusted partner.
  • Assess and anticipate client needs and develop innovative solutions.
  • Maintain regular communication and respect confidentiality.
  • Keep clients informed of relevant trends and issues.
Client Servicing
  • Maintain a proactive customer focus.
  • Review and improve service delivery, eliminating non-value-added tasks.
  • Monitor service levels against SLAs and develop contingency plans.
  • Manage new business installations efficiently.
Financial and Risk Management
  • Prepare budgets and manage departmental costs.
  • Ensure compliance with risk policies and internal controls.
  • Monitor operational risks and reporting adherence.
Resource and Staff Management
  • Lead, develop, and coach managers; conduct performance reviews.
  • Support staff recruitment and create motivating environment.
Leadership Skills
  • Set challenging goals and communicate effectively.
  • Motivate teams and promote change initiatives.
Other Responsibilities
  • Maintain private equity industry knowledge and stay updated on legislative changes.
  • Participate in strategic projects and initiatives to enhance service delivery and staff development.
