About the Role:
The Vice President, IT/OT is a key executive role responsible for leading the organization’s full range of information and operational systems and services. This leader will oversee end-user support, infrastructure, operations, cybersecurity, enterprise business applications, project management, and Operational Technology (OT). A critical focus will be driving a global digital transformation to modernize systems, enhance efficiency, and support strategic decision-making.
This role also includes building and implementing a strategic technology roadmap that supports the organization’s long-term vision, while providing leadership to a global team of technical professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive IT/OT strategy aligned with organizational goals, ensuring it is both actionable and scalable.
- Provide strategic, business-minded leadership to technical teams across global locations, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives, particularly focused on modernizing operational data systems and optimizing finance and ERP processes.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies to enhance operations and support strategic growth.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to prioritize technology investments and allocate resources effectively.

Qualifications & Experience:
- 15+ years of experience in technology roles, including at least 8 years in leadership positions managing high-performing teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in defining and delivering IT/OT strategy within complex, global organizations.
- Experience managing and securing critical OT infrastructure.
- Global operational experience, with a strong preference for experience in European jurisdictions.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards such as NIST, NERC, and GDPR.
- Experience implementing and managing ISO-certified Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) preferred.
- Proven experience with digital transformation initiatives, including ERP implementation and optimization.
- Comfortable presenting to and collaborating with Boards of Directors, with knowledge of governance best practices.
- Background in M&A or high-growth environments with experience integrating technology and operations.
