LaserAway, the nation’s leader in aesthetic dermatology, is seeking a VP of Human Resources to drive business-aligned HR strategies, strengthen employee retention, and build a high-impact HR team. As a key executive leader, you will partner closely with the VP of Talent Acquisition to create a seamless, retention-focused talent strategy, ensuring workforce stability, leadership development, and business growth.

As a key partner to the VP of Talent Acquisition, you will align hiring, onboarding, career pathing, and retention strategies, ensuring a best-in-class employee experience that directly supports business performance and growth. Your leadership will empower HRBPs, equipping them to drive organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and employee engagement.
With LaserAway’s nationwide expansion, you will implement scalable HR solutions, strengthen compensation and benefits strategies, and refine HR systems and processes to enhance retention. Regular travel ensures that HR remains deeply connected to field operations, leadership, and frontline teams.
Compensation:
LaserAway offers a generous pay structure with significant earning potential through performance-based bonuses. Your compensation will reflect your experience and value, with room for growth and rewards tied to success. The salary range for this role is $225,000 to $260,000, varying based on skills, experience, and location.
