The Vice President, Global Professional Service Project Delivery will lead the implementation of projects for OpenText software solutions.
Reporting to Senior Vice President of Professional Services and serving as an integral member of the senior leadership team, this Vice President will manage all professional services globally, develop the project management policies, manage customer escalations, integrate into the sales bid process/review, and perform revenue and margin forecasting. The position will be front facing with the customers for projects being implemented with OpenText resources.
The Vice President, Professional Services Project Delivery will be a senior leader who can provide counsel to the Senior Vice President of Professional Services, manage the project and project methodology globally , lead program managers and, develop compelling thought leadership and implement new methods of making OpenText world class in Professional Services.
