  • Job Description :

Citco has been a leader in asset servicing since 1948, continuously innovating and expanding across asset classes and geographies. Our Private Assets team, a core part of our Fund Administration division, is renowned for delivering high-quality services for complex fund structures.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage a team of managers and staff, providing guidance and support.
  • Execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Oversee resource allocation and workflow to meet client SLAs.
  • Ensure efficient daily operations and oversee Net Asset Value calculations for Private Equity Funds.
  • Review fund expenses, accounting work, and client deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance with internal, external, and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with various teams and act as a client liaison.
  • Manage external audits and provide technical accounting expertise.
  • Participate in recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, and training of team members.
  • Drive continuous improvement and participate in automation and process development projects.
  • Qualifications :

  • University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a professional accounting designation (CFA, CPA, etc.).
  • 8+ years of public / private equity accounting experience.
  • Proven leadership experience, preferably as a Vice President or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of waterfall structures, modeling, and calculations.
  • Experience with US GAAP and financial statement review.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with FIS Investran is a plus.
