About The Team & Business Line

Our Fund Administration division is highly respected, with ongoing investments in technology and learning to deliver seamless client experiences.

Your Role

Reporting to a Senior Vice President, you will manage client relationships for asset managers, endowments, and family offices investing in multi-asset portfolios. Your responsibilities include ensuring service delivery, fostering long-term relationships, and collaborating with global teams.

  • Establish and maintain professional client relationships.
  • Negotiate service level agreements and drive strategic communication.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to meet client needs and understand industry trends.
  • Participate in RFP processes, presentations, and demos.
  • Deepen understanding of multi-asset portfolios and Citco’s technology platforms.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and client onboarding.
  • Lead projects related to business evolution and process improvements.
  • Monitor client SLAs, profitability, and operational risks.
  • Support incident resolution and conduct client visits.
  • Prepare reports, KPIs, and risk assessments.
  • Maintain client data in CRM systems and provide team training.

About You

  • University degree with 7+ years in financial services, preferably in hedge fund administration or investment firms.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience.
  • Strong interest in financial markets and hedge funds.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Analytical mindset with knowledge of business processes and systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
