Vice President – Finance & Strategy
A well-established and growing Québec-based manufacturing company specializing in plastic transformation is seeking a strategic and hands-on financial executive to join its leadership team. With multiple production sites across Québec, the organization is looking for a Vice President who will play a key role in supporting its growth ambitions and operational optimization.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the overall financial performance and act as a key advisor to the President.
• Develop and manage KPIs to support business performance and strategic decisions.
• Oversee investment projects, cash flow, and banking relationships.
• Supervise accounting, taxation, legal, administrative, and procurement functions.
• Lead and mobilize a multidisciplinary team (finance & IT).
• Contribute to overall business strategy and long-term planning.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, asset management, and data security.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and excellence.
What you will need to succeed:
• CPA designation with a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (graduate studies are an asset).
• 10–12 years of senior-level financial management experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience in multi-site environments and real estate asset management.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and business acumen.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
• Bilingualism in French and English is required to communicate effectively with external partners, analyze technical documents, and oversee operations in a multi-site and international context.
