We are currently recruiting for a Vice President, OEM and Strategic Partnerships to join our headquarters team located in Thornhill, Ontario.

The Vice President, OEM and Strategic Partnerships reports to the President and is responsible for managing Sym-Tech’s OEM and Partner Programs, as well as developing new OEM and Partner business. The role involves building a sales pipeline of new OEM and Strategic Partner opportunities, leading contract negotiations with a 'Win-Win' philosophy, and representing Sym-Tech at a senior level with OEM and strategic partner clients.

Qualifications include:

• Undergraduate Degree, MBA preferred
• Approximately 15+ years of Canadian automotive account management experience or comparable experience with an Automotive OEM, Automotive Financial Services Captive, Automotive protection program (F&I) provider, Automotive OEM, or Financial Services provider
• Understanding of Automotive OEM culture, processes, and dealer relationships
• High credibility and respect amongst automotive industry senior executives
• Effective presentation skills for communicating with senior management, external vendors, industry, and dealer audiences
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet
• English fluency; French is an asset
• Execution and performance-oriented mindset, driven to achieve and exceed goals
