Reporting to the CFO, we are hiring a Vice President, Finance to play a key leadership role across Kilmer Group's finance function. As our new Vice President, Finance, you will combine financial stewardship with strategic partnership, helping guide decisions that support the continued growth and evolution of a diversified investment platform. Working closely with the CFO, senior leaders, and investment teams, you will oversee financial reporting, treasury, budgeting, investment portfolio reporting, and governance while providing the financial insight that supports investment decisions, business performance, and long-term value creation. You will lead a finance team and contribute across a broad range of initiatives, from evaluating acquisitions and investments to strengthening reporting, improving processes, and building the financial capabilities and infrastructure needed to support the organization's continued growth.
This is an existing, full-time opportunity based in the Toronto office, working onsite five days per week.
Strategic influence. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will act as a trusted partner to the executive leadership team, contributing financial insight that informs investment decisions, capital allocation, and the long-term direction of Kilmer Group.
