Holman is currently accepting applications for the position of Vice President- Finance.

Primary Tasks:

  • Lead strategic financial planning, reporting, and analysis across domestic and international operations.
  • Develop and execute short- and long-term financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, profit & loss, balance sheet, earnings, and cash flow management.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements across all financial functions.
  • Direct internal controls, accounting, tax, treasury, insurance, and leasing operations.
  • Provide financial leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams and senior executives.
  • Evaluate external economic trends and use predictive modeling to inform financial strategy.
  • Implement tools and workflows to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead financial due diligence, capital planning, and liquidity management initiatives.
  • Facilitate professional development and succession planning within the finance organization.
  • Coordinate with IT to manage and enhance financial systems and reporting tools.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources to ensure compliance with labor, insurance, and compensation regulations.
  • Serve as liaison with external auditors and financial institutions.
  • Travel may be required, occasionally exceeding 25%.

Education and/or Training:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required, Master’s preferred.
  • Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.).

Relevant Work Experience:

  • 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience; multiple levels of reporting relationships strongly preferred.
  • Has extensive knowledge and experience within own function; Deep understanding of finance, accounting, compliance, and operational strategy.
  • Experience managing large teams and complex reporting structures.
  • All other duties and special projects as assigned.

Pay:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $407,060.00 - $641,125.00 CAD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay and bonus earnings.
