Qualifications

Abgeschlossenes Studium in Engineering, Informatik oder Qualitätsmanagement.
Tiefgehende QM-Expertise in Hardware, Software und Services.
Erfahrung mit Software-Lifecycles, Tests, Validierung und Release-Prozessen, inkl. Sicherheits- und Compliance-Aspekten.

Responsibilities

Definition und Durchsetzung globaler Qualitätsrahmen, Standards und Governance über Hardware, Software und Dienstleistungen.
Aufbau von Audit-, Monitoring-, Compliance- und unabhängigen Assurance-Mechanismen für interne Standards und externe Anforderungen.
Festlegung von Standards für Softwarequalität, Validierung, sichere Entwicklung, Cybersicherheit und Vulnerability-Management.
Steuerung qualitätsbezogener KPIs, Kundenzufriedenheit, Garantie- und Nicht-Qualitäts-Kosten-Management sowie kontinuierliche Verbesserungen.
Stärkung der Qualitätskultur und Lernfähigkeit in einer internationalen Organisation.

Define and enforce global quality frameworks, standards, methods, and governance across hardware, software, and service offerings.
Establish audit, monitoring, compliance, and independent assurance mechanisms for internal standards and external requirements.
Set standards for software quality, validation, secure development, cybersecurity, and vulnerability management.
Drive KPI-based quality performance, customer quality, warranty-cost reduction, non-quality-cost management, and continuous improvement.
Strengthen quality culture, organizational capabilities, best-practice sharing, accountability, and continuous learning across an international organization.

Who We Are Looking For

Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Quality Management, or a comparable field.
Deep quality-management expertise spanning hardware, software, and services.
Strong knowledge of software development lifecycles, testing, validation, and release processes incl. the understanding of cybersecurity principles and compliance requirements.
Executive-level leadership with strong decision-making, implementation, customer orientation, and business insight.
The confidence to challenge independently while building alignment across divergent interests and global teams.
