About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Vice President, Enterprise Sales to lead and scale our US East Enterprise Sales organization and drive sustained growth across Versaterm’s public safety software ecosystem. This executive role is responsible for delivering predictable revenue through disciplined pipeline management, enterprise deal execution, and the development of a high‑performing team of Enterprise Account Executives.
This is an opportunity to work with medium to large‑size city and county public safety agencies—including police, fire, EMS, 911, and justice organizations—to improve operations and citizen outcomes through mission‑critical, tailored solutions.
The successful candidate will bring deep experience in long‑cycle B2G enterprise selling, a strong understanding of public safety technology and procurement, and a proven ability to coach, inspire, and scale sales teams in complex government markets. This role will focus on the Eastern United States.
