Position Title: VP, Employer Health and Wellness Services
Location: 243 Consumers Road (4 days in office)
Reports to: SVP, Operations

Position Summary

The VP, Employer Health and Wellness Services will lead the Occupational Health, Disability Management, Vocational Health and Wellness teams at Lifemark Health Group. The successful candidate is a results-oriented leader with a proven track record in large scale transformation. The VP will be responsible for developing and executing innovative strategies across each business line to drive growth and profitability through programs that drive exceptional patient experiences and exceptional value to customers.

In this role, the VP will lead cross-functional teams to build tailored go-to-market strategies for each service line, enhancing Lifemark’s market position as a trusted partner in Employer Health and Wellness Services. While the end beneficiary in each of these service lines may be unique to each business, there are commonalities across the customers / payors and the successful candidate will be able to identify and leverage those commonalities.

The successful candidate will also be skilled at translating strategic goals into actionable initiatives - leading the design / redesign of go-to-market initiatives and the associated change management requirements to maintain stable delivery of services, while also innovating with a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership and Vision
    • Develop and refine the go-to-market strategy for all Employer Health and Wellness Services business lines in alignment with Lifemark’s corporate goals and growth objectives.
    • Lead market analysis and segmentation to identify opportunities for expansion and differentiation within each service line.
    • Set clear priorities and build a cohesive strategy that maximizes revenue growth, enhances customer satisfaction, and strengthens brand presence.
    • Establish Lifemark as a service leader and innovator in a growing market
  • Operational Execution and Transformation
    • Oversee the successful execution of service line strategies, working within and across Lifemark’s clinic network, ensuring operational scalability, efficiency, and quality across all services.
    • Drive initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and improve patient and client outcomes through process optimization and innovative solutions.
    • Lead data-driven transformation efforts by leveraging analytics to inform decision-making, measure performance, and adapt strategies as necessary.
  • Market Expansion and Business Development
    • Identify and develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including corporate clients, insurers, and industry leaders, to strengthen Lifemark’s position in the market.
    • Work closely with sales, marketing, and business development teams to build off existing relationships and capture new business opportunities, expand service offerings, and penetrate new geographic markets.
    • Champion customer-centric innovation by developing and launching new products, services, or offerings that respond to market demand and enhance value for clients.
  • Team Leadership and Development
    • Build, lead, and mentor high-performing teams across Employer Health and Wellness Service business segments to foster a culture of excellence and accountability.
    • Support leadership development and succession planning within the divisions, ensuring teams are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to execute the strategic vision.
    • Promote a culture of engagement, inclusivity, and professional growth within the team.
    • Establish Lifemark as the employer of choice in the space
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Communication
    • Act as a thought leader and representative for Lifemark, engaging in industry forums, conferences, and other relevant platforms.
    • Regularly communicate progress, challenges, and successes to executive leadership, the Board, and other stakeholders.
    • Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure effective communication and adoption of new initiatives across the organization.

Desired Qualifications and Experience

  • Education : Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications in healthcare management or occupational health are an asset.
  • Experience :
    • Minimum 2+ years of experience in healthcare leadership roles, with a strong focus on occupational health, disability management, vocational health and employer services.
    • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies, achieving revenue growth, and driving operational transformation.
    • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, and build effective partnerships within the healthcare or employee wellness sectors.
  • Skills :
    • Strong strategic acumen with the ability to translate high-level objectives into practical, actionable initiatives.
    • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse stakeholders.
    • Proficient in data analytics, financial modeling, and performance metrics to drive informed decision-making.
