  • Developing the Employee Benefits operations structure to support sales across all locations.
  • Serving as a liaison between regional and national leadership groups.
  • Monitoring branch performance to ensure growth, revenue, profitability, efficiency, and satisfaction.
  • Communicating regularly with employees, listening to concerns, and resolving issues.
  • Collaborating with the Chief Strategy Officer to identify initiatives, set sales and retention goals, and provide training.
  • Deploying, training, and monitoring branch goals to ensure results.
  • Managing existing clients and pursuing new opportunities.

What you will bring to the role:

  • Ideally, 10+ years of industry and management experience.

  • Experience managing across organizational boundaries.
  • Advanced knowledge of Employee Benefits processes, underwriting, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidentiality awareness.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Business acumen and strategic thinking.
